Juanita Boger-Allen (Attorney)
In 1992, Juanita Boger-Allen earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Professional English from North Carolina A&T State University in Greensboro, NC. In 1998, she graduated magna cum laude and received a Juris Doctorate Degree from Michigan State University-College of Law. She also served her country in the United States Army. As a native of Concord, North Carolina, Juanita has strong ties to the Cabarrus County and the Greater Charlotte, NC community.
Juanita has been licensed by the North Carolina State Bar since 1999. In her legal career, she has owned and operated her own law practice and has served as the Senior Attorney for Cabarrus County, handling cases involving the protection and welfare of children and the elderly and strengthening families. In 2011, Juanita became the fifth person in the state awarded National Certification as a Child Welfare Law Specialist.
Juanita has a passion for youth and volunteers as a judge for Cabarrus County Teen Court. She stays very involved in Cabarrus County by serving on numerous memberships, boards and committees. Juanita is a member of the following professional organizations: American Bar Association, NC Association of Women Attorneys, North Carolina State Bar, Cabarrus County Women Attorneys, Concord Business and Professional Women, Cabarrus County Bar Association and Premier DUI Attorney.
Attorney Boger-Allen is a frequent presenter at seminars and enjoys sharing her legal knowledge to those in the community and beyond.
Juanita is the proud mother of one daughter, Mya.
